Reiki is a spiritual healing practice which originated in Japan in the early 20th century, and is based on the belief that the body is innately able to heal itself. Reiki translates to universal life energy, an energy exists within, and surrounds each body.

Energy healing has been around for thousands of years, but only in the last century or so have we had a chance to really explore its potential.

My Approach

My approach is person centered, integrative and holistic. I believe each individual is incredibly unique as is their life journey. I work with my clients to understand what influences their entire way of being, and what impacts their physical, psychological and energetic well-being. I help my clients to gain a greater understanding of themselves and reconnect with their authentic selves and purpose. This includes identifying and healing wounded parts of self that may be potentially sabotaging aspects of one’s life, allowing them to live a happier life and become their greatest version.

Throughout this process I am your guide and support, walking alongside you on your journey.
