Mindfulness, is a tool for reflection. It can help us become more conscious or aware of the bigger picture, not getting lost in our own habitual thinking. It can help us know ourselves, even our shadows. Shadows are the aspects of our self that our conscious mind rejects and refuses to deal with. We push this aspect into the unconscious mind. Unless we resolve our shadow issues, we tend to project them onto others and this creates a lot of drama in life. I can help you deal with this.
