I was born in Sydney to an Australian mother and a Spanish father and raised across Spain regional New South Wales and Brisbane. Growing up in such varied places gifted me with a deep appreciation for different ways of seeing the world. I was surrounded by diverse spiritual beliefs expressive cultures and an ever present curiosity about how we heal and grow.

From an early age my life was steeped in the language of energy. I was exposed to Reiki Tai Chi Martial Arts Divination and other spiritual practices often alongside belly dancing and food traditions rooted in health nature and cultural connection. My family valued living close to the earth growing our own food embracing organic and macrobiotic approaches and spending time in nature. Living in the forest for a time deepened my bond with the land and its wisdom.

In my twenties I returned to Sydney living near the city while studying and working. This time offered a different kind of learning one grounded in fast paced environments and the art of navigating modern life while still tending to my spiritual path. It gave me a wider lens for understanding the contrast many of us experience between our inner worlds and our outer demands.

My first Reiki initiation came when I was around ten years old the beginning of a path that would continue to unfold over the next two decades. I went on to receive further Reiki initiations and eventually became a Reiki Master deepening my connection to energetic service and universal life force. I also received multiple initiations into cosmoenergy healing a practice that helped guide my own transformation. Later I was invited into the shamanic path receiving formal initiation and ongoing mentorship from a teacher who remains an anchor in my life and work today.

Alongside this spiritual unfolding I completed a Bachelor degree in Counselling through university and spent over a decade working in government not for profit and clinical settings including within the judicial system. These professional experiences taught me how to hold space ethically with structure depth and care.

Now I weave together everything I have learned and unlearned into a healing practice that is rooted in spirit and grounded in real world support. I offer remote sessions to clients around the world integrating energy work with compassionate guidance intuitive presence and deep listening.

My approach is not about fixing but about remembering reconnecting you to what is already within.
