Holistic counselling looks at the whole person. It considers the mind, body and spirit, and how each of these aspects is interconnected. Rather than isolating a single issue, it explores the wider context, including the environment you were born into, how you were raised, the people you surround yourself with and the life experiences that have shaped you.
