Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in life, almost controlled or held back by certain recurring situations, fears or emotions. We may find ourselves in jobs we dislike but feel trapped by, or perhaps relationships that we’ve outgrown but cannot leave. Mindfulness is a way to help get unstuck. It can bring subconscious thoughts and patterns, to your conscious awareness so you can work on shifting them. My job is to help you explore and process these patterns, so that you can make more conscious decisions, that will serve you well.
