Q: Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need a referral from your doctor to attend counselling sessions.

Q: How are sessions conducted?

Your initial session is one hour and includes a 30-minute consultation via Zoom, followed by a 30 to 40-minute energy session done remotely. After your session, you will receive an SMS confirming your session has been completed. Within 24 hours, an email with insights. Your two follow-up sessions are each 45 minutes, done remotely. You will receive an SMS before and after each session, and a final insights email after your third session. For all remote sessions, you may be anywhere in the world. Ideally, be somewhere quiet and uninterrupted, lying down or seated, eyes open or closed, with or without gentle music. Let yourself simply receive.

Q: Where are you located?

I am based on the east coast of Australia and work with clients worldwide. I also offer in person sessions on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. All other sessions are remote, with consultations via Zoom and energy work done offline. Distance does not reduce effectiveness, as energy transcends space.
