My Approach

My approach is person centered, integrative and holistic. I believe each individual is incredibly unique as is their life journey.

I work with my clients to understand what influences their entire way of being. This includes factors such as the environment in which you were born, raised, and are currently located; as well as the circumstances you have faced, who you choose to surround yourself with, and the life you have led.

I focus on promoting self-awareness and self-acceptance, which allows the discovery of unconscious patterns and triggers, and facilitates the processing of both past and present life events. By addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms, we can treat and modify harmful behaviours and routines.

I help my clients to gain a greater understanding of themselves and reconnect with their authentic selves and purpose.

About Me

Growing up in a multicultural household, my roots are a blend of Australian and Spanish heritage. Born in Sydney, my educational journey took me from Spain to central-northern New South Wales and eventually to the city of Brisbane.Throughout my formative years, I was fortunate to be surrounded by a diverse array of people from various backgrounds and life paths. This unique upbringing taught me that individuals harbor distinct expectations for life, embrace diverse spiritual and religious beliefs, and express their individuality in countless ways.

My family, a true embodiment of this multicultural perspective, introduced me to a rich tapestry of practices and traditions. From Reiki, Tai chi, Martial arts, Tarot, Belly dancing, Divination, to Spirituality, these were all integral parts of my upbringing. We also placed great importance on healthy eating, experimenting with macrobiotic, organic, and homegrown foods, while also indulging in culinary delights from various cultures and countries.

During a period of my life spent living amidst the tranquility of the forest, I deepened my connection with the natural world, becoming more attuned to wildlife, environmental issues, and the sheer rejuvenating power of nature.

Driven by my profound interest in people, I embarked on a journey to explore different healing modalities. This included pursuing a formal qualification in Counselling through university, as well as delving into more holistic approaches to therapy.

Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working in various settings, including the judicial system, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, and my own private practice, as a dedicated counsellor. Through my personal journey and my exposure to a myriad of healing modalities, I began to grasp the profound value of Counselling and its transformative potential. It fundamentally reshaped my world and my way of being, inspiring me to integrate these insights into my work with clients.

My life journey, up to this point, has truly been a blessing. It has equipped me with a deep well of experiences, wisdom, and a holistic perspective that I am eager to share with those seeking support and transformation on their own unique paths.
