Terms & Conditions

Appointment Changes & Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee is charged. Any deposits paid will be applied toward cancellation fees (if applicable) or converted into a credit that can be used for future appointments. Credits are valid for 3 years.

Running Late / No Show Policy
If you are late, the session will still conclude at the scheduled time. A 15-minute wait will be observed for late arrivals, after which time it is assumed you will not be attending your session and your Zoom session will end. The full session price is charged for no-show appointments.

Payment
Payment (or a deposit payment) is generally processed online at the time of your booking. Where full payment was not processed at the time of booking, payment (less any deposit paid) will be processed against your nominated card on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Accounts are not issued and payment is required on the day of your appointment, so please ensure you have sufficient funds available to cover the cost of your appointment.

A valid credit or debit card is required to be stored on file. If you need to change or update your card details prior to your appointment, you can do so by visiting www.natacha-martin.com/mybookings
