Q: Do I need a referral?

No. You do not need a referral from your doctor to attend counselling sessions.

Q: How do I attend my energy session?

Initial consultations take 1 hour. The first half an hour takes place over a video call. During this time, Natacha will discuss the energy sessions with you in more detail and identify your goals and intentions. The remaining half an hour is used for your energy session. During energy sessions, you should ideally be somewhere quiet and alone, in an environment where you won't be disrupted for at least 30 to 35 minutes. Follow up sessions go for 30 minutes and are completed remotely. You will receive a message notifying you that your session is about to commence, and another after your session has been completed. This message is simply letting you know that Natacha is beginning your session and when it has been completed, so there is no need to reply. Sessions will proceed at the scheduled appointment time, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy .
